PAYMENT, CREDIT CARD, & NO-REFUND POLICY (MERCHANT ACCOUNT READY)

This Payment Policy applies to all purchases on CEO Team Cup, including team entries, sponsorships, vendor/exhibitor fees, tickets/passes, deposits, upgrades, add-ons, and any related services (“Event Purchases”).
1) Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase, you authorize CEO Team Cup (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
2) All Sales Final — No Refunds
ALL EVENT PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO CASH REFUNDS.
This includes deposits, sponsorships, entries, passes, and add-ons.
Because the event is capacity-limited and production/vendor commitments are made in advance, we do not offer refunds for:
Schedule conflicts
Weather or travel issues
Failure to use passes/benefits
Changes in personnel or company circumstances
3) Credits, Transfers, and Substitutions
If approved in writing by CEO Team Cup:
Player substitutions may be allowed.
Transfers to another qualified business/company may be allowed.
Credits may be offered at CEO Team Cup’s discretion (not guaranteed) and, if issued, must be used within 12 months.
4) Event Modifications / Rescheduling
If an event is modified, delayed, shortened, or rescheduled due to weather, safety, venue limitations, production constraints, or other factors beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. We may offer alternatives or credit at our discretion.
5) Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
If you believe there is an error, contact us first before filing a chargeback. We keep records to verify purchases and defend chargebacks, including:
Transaction confirmations and invoices
Policy acceptance logs
Email/SMS communications
Event rosters and credential records
Sponsor deliverable documentation (where applicable)
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in revoked event access and future purchase restrictions.
6) Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout, processed through our payment processor in compliance with PCI standards.

I understand this purchase is for a live golf event, sponsorship, or team entry associated with CEO Team Cup. I acknowledge that all sales are final, no cash refunds will be issued, and event details, media production, and promotional exposure may change due to scheduling, weather, venue, or production factors.
By completing this purchase, I agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Payment & No-Refund Policy.
