TERMS OF SERVICE + EVENT TERMS (CEO TEAM CUP)

Welcome to CEO Team Cup (“CEO Team Cup,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service and Event Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to our website and your purchase of any sponsorships, team entries, vendor/exhibitor opportunities, tickets, passes, add-ons, and related products/services (collectively, “Event Offerings”).
By using our website or purchasing any Event Offering, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who We Are
CEO Team Cup is a live golf event with networking, media production, and promotional exposure components. Certain Event Offerings may include filmed content, interviews, brand placement, digital assets, hospitality, and/or sponsor activations.
2) Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself and/or your company.
3) Event Offerings Are Sponsorship/Entry, Not a Consumer Retail Product
You acknowledge that CEO Team Cup entries, sponsorships, vendor opportunities, and passes are event-based and time-sensitive, and may include media production and promotional exposure. Deliverables may vary due to operational, venue, weather, broadcast, or production constraints.
4) All Sales Final — No Cash Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payments made for Event Offerings are non-refundable, including (without limitation) sponsorship fees, team entry fees, vendor fees, passes, add-ons, and deposits.
This policy is strict because capacity is limited and production, staffing, course operations, and media scheduling are committed in advance.
5) Credits, Substitutions, Transfers (If Allowed)
Unless otherwise stated in writing by CEO Team Cup:
You may request a company substitution (replace a player/attendee) at no additional cost if done before event check-in deadlines.
You may request a transfer of sponsorship/entry to another qualified business/company, subject to our approval (to protect event standards and exclusivity).
If we choose to offer a credit (not guaranteed), it will be a one-time event credit usable within 12 months from the originally scheduled event date.
CEO Team Cup may deny transfer/substitution requests that conflict with event standards, legal compliance, brand conflicts, or capacity.
6) Event Changes: Weather, Safety, Course Rules, Scheduling
Events are subject to change due to weather, safety issues, course operations, venue restrictions, staffing, production considerations, or other reasons beyond our control.
If the event is delayed, shortened, rescheduled, or modified, no refunds will be issued. We may (at our discretion) provide comparable alternatives, scheduling adjustments, or credit.
7) Media Production + No Guarantee of Airtime or Specific Exposure
The event may be filmed/photographed and content may be edited into episodes, clips, advertisements, and promotional materials.
You understand and agree:
No guaranteed airtime, screen time, interview length, placement, reach, impressions, or distribution is promised unless explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.
Production is creative and operational; content may be edited, shortened, delayed, or not used.
Schedules, shot lists, hosts, and production plans may change without notice.
8) Participant Conduct + Removal
We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke credentials, and/or remove any participant for unsafe conduct, harassment, intoxication, cheating, disruptive behavior, or violation of course/venue rules—without refund.
9) Health, Safety, Assumption of Risk
Golf and event attendance involve inherent risks (e.g., weather, uneven surfaces, golf ball strikes, physical exertion, equipment, alcohol service). You voluntarily assume all risks of participation and attendance.
10) Liability Waiver; Release; Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to:
Release CEO Team Cup and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates from claims arising from your attendance/participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where not legally waivable.
Indemnify and hold harmless CEO Team Cup from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your actions, your guests, your company materials, or your breach of these Terms.
11) Sponsor/Vendor Materials + Rights
You represent you own or have rights to any logos, trademarks, videos, music, photos, slogans, or content you provide. You grant CEO Team Cup a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use these materials for event operations, marketing, and post-event promotion.
12) Payments; Merchant Descriptor; Authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method for the total amount shown, including applicable taxes/fees if any.
Merchant Descriptor: Charges may appear on your statement as “CEO TEAM CUP”, “CEO TEAM CUP HOLDINGS”, or a similar descriptor.
13) Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree not to file a chargeback for valid, authorized purchases. If you have a question, you must contact us first so we can resolve it.
We maintain documentation for chargeback defense (confirmation emails, invoices, written policies, event communications, and proof of deliverables where applicable). Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revocation of access and future purchase restrictions.
14) No Legal/Financial Advice
Any information provided by CEO Team Cup is for general event purposes only and is not legal, financial, or tax advice. Consult your professional advisors.
15) Intellectual Property
Our website, event branding, graphics, video, and materials are owned by CEO Team Cup or licensed to us. No use without written permission.
16) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted legal action shall be brought in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
